  • Whole king prawn, wasabi, snow pea sprouts, light dressing served in an asian spoon.
  • Mini Yorkshire pudding with pulled beef and horseradish
  • Individual courgette linguine with rocket pesto, reggiano - V, GF
  • Fresh Salmon Gravadlax, pea and horseradish Jelly, potato rosti, served on a mini bamboo paddle – GF
  • Mini Homemade chocolate éclairs with fresh cream

Treat your guests to a selection of hot foods served by tray or buffet table. This works well with 3 choices of canapé followed by 1 – 2 hot meals. Best served on trays by waiting staff – ask for a quote for staff.

Total cost per head $44.00 per head

Above menus exclude waiting staff, coffee, tea and drinks – please ask for a quote. Canape are served by waiting staff on trays 1.5 hours of continuous food service. Please let us know if you plan speeches etc during this time. Price includes a chef on site for up to 1.5 hours continuous food service. Any extension during the event over two hours is charged at 30 minute blocks at $45.00 per unit. Please confirm service times and run sheet in advance of the event and any scheduled speeches or delays.
