Delicious chef prepared dishes cooked to order. Two choices with steamed rice, selection of breads and a fresh mixed salad. Served from chaffing dishes and buffet platters.

- Chicken Cacciatore with fresh tomato and black olives.
- Slow cooked Beef Casserole with Red Wine and Fresh Garlic.
- Mushroom, Bean and Fennel Stroganoff finished with fresh Cream V.
- Chicken with Mushrooms, white Wine, fresh Cream and Baby Spinach.
- Lamb Rogan Josh (with tomato and coriander – medium).
- Chicken Or Vegetable Korma (with almond and coconut – mild).
- Spiced Red Lentil Dal with Cumin, Turmeric and fresh Garlic. (mild) V
- Penne pasta with Grilled Vegetables and a Rich Napoletana sauce with Parmesan

5 days notice of ordering required. Guest numbers must be finalised 5 business days prior to the event. A quote for dedicated serving staff can be supplied. Excludes coffee and tea, bar, alcohol and soft drinks, wait staff, linen, crockery and cutlery, trestle tables
Price includes a chef on site for up to 2 hours continuous food service. Any extension during the event over two hours is charged at 30 minute blocks at $45.00 per unit. Please confirm service times and run sheet in advance of the event and any scheduled speeches or delays. Price includes warming dishes, serving platters and utensils. Does not include crockery, cutlery and glassware
