Our board room dining menus are tailored to each individual event, taking into consideration seasonal and local produce, guest requirement and location. Please ask for a bespoke menu designed for your guests in mind. Some examples of our dishes are below:


  • Salad of rare beef in sesame and black bean with sweet pickled carrot, crisp noodles and asian vegetables, mixed leaves
  • Panko and green herb crumbed garfish with tabouleh and lime gribiche
  • Twice baked cheese souffle, baby leaves, tomato confit
  • Sea salt and szechuan pepper prawns, udon noodles, sesame kewpie aioli


  • Citrus seared salmon fillet on braised leeks with a warm lemon cream
  • Chicken breast roasted with sage, served on a light sweet potato quenelle with basil oil
  • Sticky Cabernet lamb shank, soft polenta, red currant vinegar
  • Roasted mushroom and provolone stuffed veal roulade, potato galette, salsa rossa
  • Baked barramundi with mirin and sesame, steamed bok choy soy vinaigrette
  • Pumpkin gnocchi, gorgonzola cream, garlic shoots
